Advibe Studio is a professional design and development agency. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The client must provide clear and complete project requirements at the start to ensure smooth workflow and avoid unnecessary delays.
Any modifications requested after the project has been approved may incur additional costs.
Project details, including website or design specifications, must be shared within the first week of the contract. Delays in submission may result in extra charges.
We test websites on PCs, laptops, and the latest upgraded browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. If testing on other browsers is required, the client must inform us before project completion.
Website responsiveness is tested on Android, iPads, and iPhones. If additional device compatibility is required, the client must notify us in advance.
Third-party components such as SSL certificates, payment gateways, Google Ads, and plugin licenses are not included in our quotes. The client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining these services.
We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party API integrations.
Websites will be tested on our own servers before final delivery. We do not provide access to test servers to clients or third parties.
Any modifications required for WordPress, Joomla, OpenCart, or other CMS-based sites after project delivery will incur additional charges.
Advibe Studio offers two payment options:
A 30% upfront payment is required before the project begins.
Once the client reviews the project, a 50% payment must be made before proceeding with the next phase.
The final 20% payment must be made upon project completion before deployment on the client’s server.
The client must purchase development hours in advance and make full payment within one week to initiate the project.
If payment is not received within the specified period, the order will be canceled, and the client must place a new order to proceed.
Advibe Studio prioritizes customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:
A full refund is applicable if we fail to deliver the committed results.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of project delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
If a full or partial refund is issued, all project files, source codes, graphics, and other materials will be removed from our systems, and the client will forfeit any rights to claim them.
Refunds are not applicable during the project development phase.
If our team fails to meet the agreed deadline with no prior communication, the client is eligible for a refund.
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 6-8 business days and credited via PayPal, Payoneer, or the client’s bank account.
The client retains full ownership of the final project deliverables upon final payment.
Advibe Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.
All client information shared with us remains strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
Advibe Studio is not responsible for issues arising due to improper website maintenance, third-party services, or external security breaches after project delivery.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Advibe Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes resulting from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
